These are the IP addresses allowed to perform inbound and outbound dialings.
When you dial from the web page or from the mobile app, you can control the location of the dialing user, based on the IP address of the device you are using.
It can be used for example so that employees of the company can sign from their own mobile, but ensuring that they are connected to the wifi of the company, thus ensuring that the clock in can only be made when the user is located in the premises of the company.
Users with admin permission will be able to manage the IPs from which clocks in can be made. This menu option will only be displayed if the "IP Control on Tab" option is enabled in the "Enterprise Settings".
On the main screen of the allowed IP maintenance you can register IP and search for an existing IP to modify or delete it.
Indicates allowed IP configuration data:
- IP: Network IP allowed.
- Name: Name to identify the allowed IP configuration, for example the name of the zone where the wifi is located.
- All users: Indicates whether this IP is allowed to support clocks in for all users in the company. If not supported for everyone, it must be specified in each user's settings.
